Join Katy Hanlon for a VISUALIZATION meditation and Vision Board party on Sunday, 2/9/20. We will begin with a 20 min visualization exercise, followed by 100 minutes of crafting, creating, and manifesting our best 2020. Supplies will be provided, but if there are special magazines or craft supplies that you prefer, feel free to bring. We recommend bringing any magazines / quotes / cut-outs that you connect with to create your individual board! Wear cozy clothes. Be prepared to connect with like-minded people.
